Garden of Gethsemane. As Dawn wrote in the travel blog: “We learned the olive trees in the garden dated back to at least the Crusades, although the age of an olive tree is difficult to determine because it doesn’t have concentric rings. It grows with twists and turns as the center core dies, instead of adding layers to the outside as other trees do. “

Sitting on the Southern Steps where it is likely that Jesus, at 12 years old sat and learned from the religious leaders.
